The Hilliard City Schools get high marks from the community.  The last survey done residents gave the schools an 80 percent approval rating – 8 out of 10 residents rated the school’s performance excellent or good.  The community supports the schools by attending the sporting events, plays and productions, and volunteering in the schools.  This year  the Hilliard Davidson Football team won the state championship in division one.  Academically, Hilliard students excel.  Each year both of the high schools have National MeritScholarship finalists and semifinalists.

The housing market in Hilliard is very active.  Hilliard is the area of choice for many people because of the affordability of the housing as well as the excellent school system and accessibility to downtown Columbus and the Honda Plant in Marysville.  Hilliard has many new build communities to choose from.  In the existing homes market, there are many homes to choose from in all price ranges, from the million dollar homes on the river to the starter homes for young families and everything in between.
Hilliard is a young, highly educated community that is a great place to live and is striving to get even better.
