How will I know about the newest homes available?
Two ways. You can search everyday on the Multiple Listing Service through the Find a Home section of my website. Or I can search for you. Chances are if you have filled out my Home Search form I have already set you up with daily updates. If you are not receiving them and would like to let me know and I can get you set up right away.
Will I be informed of homes listed with all real estate companies, or just your brokerage?
You will be informed of all homes. Keep in mind I want to help you find your dream home which means I need to stay on top of the market.
Can I find new construction homes through you?
Yes. I can work with most builders and get you the information you need. I will accompany you on your first visit to meet with the builder. By using the services I offer you will receive both the services of myself and those that the builder offers.
How does a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) work?
Owners that try to sell their home with the help of an agent are trying to save on commission costs. If you see a FSBO and want the advantages of having a REALTOR let me know. I will contact the owner and set up an appointment for you. Most homeowners will work with a buyer’s agent when trying to sell their home.
Can we back through our property again once an offer is made, but before possession?
Usually we can notify the seller and schedule a convenient time to visit the property again. Immediately before closing we should also schedule a final walk through of the home.
Once my offer is accepted what should I do?
Relax, celebrate, and think about moving into your new home! Schedule your move/pack times and notify businesses of address changes. I can provide you a moving checklist to help you stay organized. I will also give you a good faith estimate and HUD statement which will indicate the amount you need to bring to closing.
